During warmer months, we utilize thermal packaging and ice packs for heat-sensitive items. We also recommend selecting express shipping to minimize time in transit.
Do you offer bulk discounts for events or parties?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing on many of our bulk confectionery items. For large-scale events or corporate gifting, please contact our wholesale team directly.
Can I return food items if I change my mind?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do you provide allergen information for your products?
Allergen information is listed on the individual product pages. Please note that our warehouse handles products containing nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy.
What is the shelf life of your confectionery?
Most of our products have a shelf life of 6 to 12 months. Each item is shipped with its original manufacturer 'Best Before' date clearly labeled on the packaging.
How can I track my sweet delivery?
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.
